Restaurant Fire offers catering for your special event.  Our restaurant can accommodate a catered affair for a group as small as eight in one of our private rooms or up to 110 in our entire restaurant.  We offer many options for your business meetings, birthdays, anniversaries and rehearsal dinners.  Executive Chef Carl Schaubhut, his cooking team and our professional wait staff have provided delicious selections to many events in the Santa Rosa Beach area.  If you have an event that requires professional quality, presentation and professionalism, please call Mario at 850.231.9020.

Our philosophy is to serve the freshest ingredients whenever possible and from our perspective that should only be achieved by buying from local farmers and/or farmers markets. Based on what we find throughout the various seasons of the year we will offer nightly specials that try to showcase our “find” in a way that may warm your heart with an “old favorite” or tantalize you with our version of an extreme makeover.
